Behavior Consultations

Sometimes a dog comes into our life that is like no other dog we have ever met! It quickly becomes apparent that this dog, as wonderful as he is, has behavior issues that simple obedience classes won’t fix.

Some reasons to schedule a behavior consultation include:
  • A very anxious dog, whether it be all the time or in specific situations
  • A fearful dog, either all the time or in specific situations
  • Problems between your kids and the family dog
  • Aggression towards people
  • Aggression towards other animals
  • Fighting among dogs who share your home
  • Dogs who react poorly when out for walks, either fearfully or aggressively
  • Dogs who won’t tolerate being touched or handled
  • Dogs who guard items
  • Obsessive compulsive behaviors and more

If for any reason we feel we can’t resolve your dog’s behavior problems we will refer you to a Certified Behavior Consultant or a Veterinary Behaviorist. Your dog’s wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us as well as finding the right solution to the problems at hand.
